1.1. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) aims to inform how the NATIONGG INTERACTIVE ONLINE SERVICES LTD. (“NATIONGG”, “Company” or “We”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects Users’ Personal Data (“User” or “Data Subject”) who access and use the Platform NATIONGG (“Platform”).
1.2. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Useand must be read and interpreted together with these.
1.3. NATIONGG processes Personal Data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), along with the Marco Civil da Internet, along with the Consumer Defense Code, and other applicable laws.

c) Approximate geolocation (when enabled by the User).

When the User connects external accounts (e.g., Discord, Steam, Twitch, PSN, Xbox, Google), we may collect:
a) Gamertags, game statistics, friends lists, achievements.

c) Information needed for social login.

NATIONGG doesn't sell Personally identifiable data.
The sharing may occur with:

Including companies of:
- hosting and cloud;
- data analysis;

- login and authentication systems;
- social networks and game platforms;

5.2. Authorities and legal compliance
We will share data when:

b) necessary to protect the rights of NATIONGG, Users, or third parties;

5.3. Other Platform users

6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

NATIONGG adopts technical and administrative measures to:

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

- it is necessary for the Platform’s operation;
- there is User consent.
All transfers will comply with the legal requirements of the LGPD.
11. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
11.1. NATIONGG may modify this Policy at any time.
11.2. Relevant changes will be communicated, when required by law.
11.3. Using the Platform after the update implies acceptance of the current version.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1. This Policy is governed by Brazilian law, especially the LGPD and the Marco Civil da Internet.
12.2. In case of conflict, the applicable law will prevail.
12.3. The elected forum is that of the Court district of São Paulo – SP, with waiver of any other.
